Anne Louise Houlihan

MERIDEN - Anne Louise Houlihan, 94, died Tuesday, June 3, 2003, at Meriden Nursing and Rehab Center. She was a resident of Wallingford for several years. Born in Meriden on June 27, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Louise Strobel Wachtelhausen. She had been emloyed at Pratt & Whitney in North Haven and was a member of the First Congregational Church and the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by a grandson, David C. Bartlett of Meriden; a great-granddaughter, Meagan L. Bartlett; a great-grandson, David C. Bartlett, Jr.; six step-grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Julia A. Bartlett. She was predeceased by a son, Robert Charles Bartlett. A graveside service will be held in Walnut Grove Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2003. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, CT.
