Anthony J. DiMartino, age 92, passed away on December 25, 2017 at Masonic Health Center. Born in Meriden on July 15, 1925, he was a son of the late Dorindo & Mary DiMartino, Sr. Anthony was predeceased by his wife Anna (Iagrossi) DiMartino in 1992. He is survived by his daughters, Charlene Wolfe & her husband Charles of Wallingford and Susan Bouchard & her husband David of Milford; grandchildren, Cara Jones & her husband Adrian of Wallingford, Charles Wolfe & his wife Kimberly of Southington, and Anthony Bouchard of Waldorf, MD and several nieces & nephews. Anthony was the brother of the late Dena Kaiser, Caroline 'Lena' Messina, Ida Ouelette, Bruna DiNuzzo, Raymond DiMartino, Silvio DiMartino, and Dorindo DiMartino, Jr. Anthony was a US Army WWII Veteran. He was a resident of Meriden, Hamden, and lastly of Wallingford. Anthony was retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, where he worked as an machinist. His funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements are in care of Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Avenue, Hamden. Contributions in his memory may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd, Branford, CT 06405.
