Antoinette 'Nate' Franco
Antoinette '' Nate '' Franco, 78, of Elizabeth Rd., Hamden, passed away July 3, 2004 at CT Hospice, Branford. She was the wife of the late Domenic Franco. Born in New Haven, Dec. 15, 1925, daughter of the late Salvatore and Vita DiNicola. Mrs. Franco was employed by the former Roby Lyn Company, New Haven as a seamstress prior to her retirement. He was a member of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Hamden. She was the loving mother of Laura A. Cupo and son-in-law Nicholas Cupo of West Haven and Virginia Toce Williams of East Haven 3 sisters, Rose Vitelli and Connie Vitelli and Mary Iamele all of West Haven. Also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many loving friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Joseph '' Taffy '' Toce and a sister, Vita ''Dee'' Biondi. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Wed. July 7, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 321 Circular Ave., Hamden at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30. Memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT. 06405.
