Awww Burt …I will miss seeing you almost daily waving and smiling . Godspeed brother . See if ya can find the guy in the blue coat huh…Love KathyKathy
Bert was my neighbor in meriden on Crown street In 1999. He was just a super nice guy. MaKayla was my sons age and Paula and I were neighbors but much more than that! One time in a domestic violence situation, I had no one to call, so i called Paula and Bert and they came running to east haven to pick me up. Just genuinely good hearted nice caring people. Rest In Peace Bert and many prayers for strength for his daughter, Sherrie and dwain and Tiffany -Tami Thibodeau

Sherrie I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to all of Berts loved ones. RIP Bert.
My condolences to the Taylor family. I remember Mr. Taylor coming into Dag middle school when Makayla was a student here. He was the nicest, friendliest person. He always had a smile on his face.
Makayla my deepest sympathy to you.
