  10. Angela, Courtney, and family
We are so sorry for your loss. May the love and support of your family and friends bring you some comfort during this time of sorrow.

  11. Bruce and I worked together in the startup Seaborn Beverages in Newport Beach, CA. It was one of THE MOST ENJOYABLE times of my working career and life. I will NEVER forget my first day, my first interview with he and Frederik Rodenhuis. Bruce was sitting behind a small desk looking up over his cheaters at me. He was wearing khaki shorts, sandals and a hawaiian shirt. Dark hair slicked back. His VERY FIRST words to me? “Lose the suit.” I loved working there and his creative spirit, he genuinely woke up wanting to make each day fun, and better for all around him, and to allow us to do good things for our families and friends. Oddly, Bruce was MUCH easier to find in death than in life. I am sorry we lost touch shortly after working there. But I will FOREVER be grateful for the tugboat experiences out past Catalina Island that he gave me earlier in my career. He was (and still IS) one of my favorite people in my life. Can’t wait now to catch up with him and laugh about our daze at Seaborn! Hugs to daughter Courtney and Family, he loved you SO so much!! He REALLY made a difference in the lives of everyone he touched. Love you Buddy!

  12. Mark,
Thank you so much for this post. So beautifully written and so accurate of his demeanor. “Lose the suit” made me laugh out loud! I could literally hear him say it. Thank you again for your shared memories. Our memories are what keep him alive, right?

    Best regards,
    Angela Sweyd
