  13. It is with extreme sadness I learn of Charlie’s passing, but my heart is filled with the joy of recalling many, many years of both wonderful and fruitful times in Charlie’s company. He was my mentor from day one when I joined Hamden Rotary, and my original will specified that only Charlie could handle the arrangements should I predecease him. He truly leaves a legacy that few can match. My condolences.
