Elizabeth 'Betty' Schmitt Dahill

In Branford, Nov. 21, 2001, Elizabeth ''Betty'' Schmitt Dahill, 66, of 67 Gordon St., Hamden, wife of William B. Dahill, mother of Heather Dahill, William F. Dahill and Kevin C. Dahill all of New York City. Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Jacob and Georgia Dahill. She was born in Worcester, MA, Jan. 17, 1935 daughter of the late Frank & Gertrude Bronson Schmitt. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School and Endicott College. She owned and operated the Absolute Typing and Transcribing Service for the last 20 years. She was a parishoner of St. Rita Church where she was active in the Choir and the St. Rita Home School Association. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Sat., Nov. 24 at 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in St. Rita Church at 10 a.m. Friends may call Friday from 4 - 8 p.m. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.
