George J. Mandell
WEST HAVEN, CT - George J. Mandell, 67, passed away on May 12, 2016. He was born in Bridgeport, CT on Dec. 28, 1948. After high school he enlisted in the Air Force. He was an office manager for many years and then retired. He is survived by his wife, Ronni Mandell, his brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a devoted and loving husband who always helped others. A private memorial service will be held at the family's discretion.

I am so sorry about George. It\’s too bad he didn\’t take better care of himself. None of us knew that he was too broken to survive his illness. Such a sad shame. I will miss his smiling face and caring nature. He is with Tommy, Brenda and Prancer now, and will wait til you join him. So when you & Ruby are out for your evening walk, look in the sky, when you see the stars, know that one of them is George looking upon you with love.
