In New Haven, Jan. 20, 2003, Helen ''Sally'' E. Vermilya, 83, wife of the late A. Kay Vermilya of Aspen Glen Dr., Hamden, mother of Eric Vermilya of Hamden and Mark S. Vermilya of Killingworth, sister of Carl L. Edmonson of Magee, MS, James Edmonson of Chandler, IN, Lois Shipman of Swayzee, IN and the late Mary Mourray. Sally was born Aug. 26, 1919 in Jasonville, IN, a daughter of the late John W. and Claire Hurst Edmonson. Sally was employed with the VA Hospital in Saginaw, MI for 15 years and later was a customer service representative with the Daniels Agency in Danbury for 10 years.
