Iris N. Roman, 65, of Meriden, passed away on October 17, 2023 at Hartford Hospital. She was born on April 18, 1958 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, a daughter of Victor and Sarah Ortiz Roman. She will be missed by her loving life partner Raphael Arroyo, her children Victor Robles, Jasmine Roman, Richard Roman and his wife Alexandra Sherman, Carlos Rivera, Raphael Arroyo Jr., and her siblings Nelida Roman and her husband Louis Rios, Amalia Roman, Elizabeth Roman, Mildred Martinez and her husband Pedro and Benjamin Roman. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jocelyn and Joshua Genovese, Amara Roman, Bianca Soto, Ashley Roman, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Friends are invited to visit with her family on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, CT. Interment will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
