Michael Andrew Shore
Michael Andrew Shore, age 14 of Southington, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2016. Michael was born in New Britain on April 8, 2002, the son of Andrea (Aszklar) Shore-Barrett & her husband, Richard J. Barrett of Southington and Michael J. Shore of Plainville. He is the brother of Kayli & Vanessa Hernandez of Southington & Xenna Shore; stepbrother of Jonathan, Kelly & Karoline Barrett; maternal grandson of Deborah Galiette and Anthony Aszklar, Sr. & his wife Jessica of Southington; paternal grandson of William Shore & the late Pamela Shore and great grandson of Elsie Galiette of Southington and the late Deacon Andrew Galiette. Michael is also survived by his several aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael will always be remembered for his infectious smile, warm heart and his willingness to offer his assistance to everyone he knew and loved. Friends may visit with his family at BEECHER & BENNETT - FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave, Meriden on Wednesday, Dec. 28th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. All are invited to go directly to St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St, Southington on Thursday for his Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made for his sister Kayli's care at http://www.gofundme.com/kaylisarmy.

I am sorry so for your loss and offer my deepest condolences to you and your family. I hope Michael’s light that shone brightly throughout his life continues on through his memories and gives you strength and comfort.
I don’t know what to say to you, Andrea. I’ve been following this on FaceBook and I keep thinking about how life isn’t fair and I wonder how much suffering you have had to deal with and I wonder…why? I will be making a contribution to Kayli’s fund in Michael’s honor.
