Pamela Lynn Krischtschun, 58, of Hamden passed away at her home on March 14, 2023. Born in New Haven on October 7, 1964, she was a beloved daughter of Sharon (Burness) Krischtschun and the late Oscar Krischtschun, granddaughter of the late Louis and Helen Burness and Max and Lydia Krischtschun, and niece of the late Patricia Burness. Besides her mother, Pam is survived by her sister Deborah Mallozzi and her husband Michael; her brother Kenneth Krischtschun and his wife Holly; aunts Kathy Burness Duffy, Barbara Wolfe and her husband Perry, and Carol Pleines and her husband Richard; nieces and nephews Matthew Mallozzi and his wife Carolynn, Kevin Mallozzi and his wife Melody, Andrew Mallozzi, Miles Krischtschun and his wife Maisie, Erika Sipperley and her husband Dan, and Jaclyn Krischtschun and her fiancé Tod Schroeder.
Pam loved life and everything it had to offer. She was the kindest, most gentle person you could imagine. She loved her cats and took excellent care of them. Pam was always there when you needed her. She worked at the deli at Stop & Shop for many years, and more recently at Cumberland Farms. She always enjoyed interacting with all the customers at both places. They were like extended family. Our hearts are broken.
Friends may visit with her family at Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden on Saturday, March 18th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to her Prayer Service, which will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Hamden.
