Foschini, Raymond ''Ray'' In New Haven, Dec. 16, 2001, Raymond ''Ray'' Foschini, 87, of West Haven. He was the widower of Helen Scranton Foschini. He is survived by a daugher and son-in-law, Carol and Paul Anderson and 3 cherished granddaughters and grandsons-in-law, Kelly and Michael Weiswasser, Linda and Daniel Semple and Courtney Anderson, sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Carl Stellavato, nephew Donald M. Baribault and his wife Lee. Predeceased by a sister, Rose Baribault and her husband Donald. He leaves dear friends, Joe Bernadini and Jimmy Spillane. He was born in New Haven, Nov. 7, 1914, son of the late Annibale & Maria LaPenna Foschini, was a graduate of Hillhouse High School and the Winchester Technical School of Toolmaking. He was a member of the Shelton Ends - Newhallville Sports Club representing the Elms Athletic Club. He retired from Mite Corporation as a tool and die maker in 1986, where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He died happy.
