RICHARD M. SHAW In New Haven, Jan. 19, 2002, Richard M. Shaw 68, husband of Geraldine Spencer Shaw of 98 Sperry Rd., Bethany, father of Debra Jean Chabra of Sacramento, CA and Julia Shaw Ward of Centreville, VA, brother of Ruth Cohane of New Haven and Annabelle Shaw of Hamden. Also survived by 4 grandsons. Richard was born in New Haven Sept 19, 1933 son of the late William and Charlotte Sibley Shaw. He graduated from the Univ. of New Haven in 1968 and was an electrical engineer. He was employed at Safety Electric Corp. for 13 years and Norden Systems for 8 years. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was active member of the Bethany Lions Club. Funeral service will be Friday, Jan. 25, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, 526 Amity Rd., Bethany. Family will greet friends after 10:30 a.m. Burial with military honors in Christ Episcopal Cemetery.
