Robert F. Strampach

In Hamden, April 7, 2002, Robert F. Strampach, 71, husband of the late Doris Mae Scott Strampach of Hamden: father and father-in-law of Patricia and James Copley and John and Nancy Strampach all of Hamden: loving grandfather of Elizabeth Strampach and John James (JJ) Strampach: also survived by several counsins. Robert was born in New Haven, June 21, 1930 a son of the late Frank and Florence Muenzner Strampach. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed by Whitney Blake and retired as a supervisor with 30 years of service at the Hamden Public Works, Parks and Tree Dept. Robert also served as a Captain with the West Woods Volunteer Co. # 9, Hamden Fire Dept. and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Congregational Church.
