Robert Louis Schaff
At CT Hospice in Branford, May 13, 2007, Robert Louis Schaff, 75, of Hamden. Father of James and his wife Janice Schaff of Cheshire and daughter Marie Schaff. Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Julia and Jason Schaff of Cheshire. Son of the late Louis and Helen Whelan Schaff, Robert was born in New Haven on May 13, 1932. He had been an engineer for various companies during his career. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden at 11:00 am on Wed., May 16, 2007. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery following the service. Arrangements under the direction of BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Bob, we really enjoyed talking about the Red Sox over the years. I’ll miss that. Be sure to keep an eye on them this year for me. I think they will need your help in September. God Bless………
