Born in: New Haven, CT
Resided in: Cheshire, CT

Rose Ann Pelliccio, 91, of New Haven, peacefully passed away on April 16, 2026, at Elim Park, Cheshire. She was born in New Haven on April 12, 1935, the daughter of the late Guiseppe and Angelina Monaco Pelliccio. After graduating in 1954 in the third graduating class of Sacred Heart Academy in New Haven, Rose Ann went on to work for the S. Barry Jennings Company, Pesco Inc., and ended her career at Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

Rose Ann was a communicant at St. Therese Church in North Haven where she attended mass regularly. She was a member of the Farnam Family Circle, The Rain Drops, The Boobaleenas, and the Friday night Penny Poker Club, a Mary Wade Volunteer of the Year recipient, and a Big Sister for the Big Brother/Big Sister organization.

Above all else, she loved her family and the many friends she had. The coffee pot was always on and she was ready to feed anyone who stopped by. Although Rose Ann didn’t have children of her own, she considered her nieces and nephews and their families her children.

In addition to her parents, Rose Ann was predeceased by her siblings, Josephine Geremia (John), Ralph Pelliccio (Lillian), Prisco Pelliccio (Louise), James Pelliccio, Nicholas Pelliccio (Joan), and Anthony Pelliccio (Frances). She is survived by her sister-in-law, Jenny Kruse of Sarasota, FL, and her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, who all adored her.

Her family would like to thank the staff at Elim Park for the stellar care Rose Ann received.
