She was born in New Haven June 29,1920, daughter of the late Frederick Stanton Symington and Ruth Stevens Symington. of Hamden Mrs. Miner was a graduate of the Hopkins Day Prospect School and attended Connecticut College for Women and a Graduate ofQuinnipiac (Larson) College. Member of the High Lane and Quinnipiack Clubs and the Mary Clapp Chapter of the D.A.R.Survived by a Son Charles Symington Miner and his wife Sonia Jean Miner of Killingworth and Oak Bluffs, MA.and her daughter Ruth Miner Golden and her husband Kevin James Golden of Cheshire. Grandmother of Leigh Buckingham Golden and PaigeSymington Golden both of Cheshire. : Courtney Jean Miner of Killingworth. and CarterJames Miner and a great granddaughter Chloe McLauglin Miner both of Palm Harbor, Florida. Predeceased by her younger brother Robert S.
