Theodore William Moore II, age 40 of Hamden, CT was called home on September 16, 2012. Ted was born in Hartford, CT on December 7, 1971. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Shirley M. Simms Moore of Hamden; his sister Theodora L. Graham & his nephew Theodore Graham both of Naples, FL. He was predeceased by his father, Theodore W. Moore. Ted was also blessed with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including his best friends Erik Goodson and James Mayfield. He attended Hamden Public Schools and was a graduate of Albertus Magnus College. Ted was employed as a Case Manager for the IRIS Company in New Haven. His family will hold a Private Service at this time. A Memorial Service will be held in December. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241 or to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St. I-91 Tech Center, Rocky Hill, CT 06067. Arrangements are in care of BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518.
