Kenneth R. Davison, age 59, of Cheshire, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2021 at MidState Medical Center. He was born on March 12, 1962 in New Haven to Claudia (Ellis) Davison of Atlanta, GA and the late Robert L. Davison. Living in Cheshire most of his life, he was a graduate of Cheshire High School. Ken was an avid member of the school’s swim team, becoming an ambassador of swimming for Cheshire High School and influencing subsequent generations of swimmers. His athletic talents and fierce competitive spirit pushed him to become a victorious triathlete at competitions across the country. Ken enjoyed spending his free time on his beloved farm taking care of the many animals that he loved. Talented with his hands, Ken enjoyed work, and he derived a great sense of satisfaction from the various projects he undertook to improve the farm for the benefit of all who live there, both four legged and two legged. Ken was employed by Johnson Controls International. By all that knew him, Ken was funny, often sharing a witty comment or story about anything and everything.
Ken will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Terri (Davis) Davison; his children, Andrew and Eric Davison both of Meriden, his sister, Suzanne (Matthew) Jaffe of Atlanta, GA; his brother, Kerry (Jolie) Davison of Chiang Mai, Thailand, his nephews, Brandon & Alec Jaffe, both of Atlanta, GA, and his step-children, Davis and Meredith Carson, both of Cheshire, Sarah (Joon Ho Lee) Morookian of Suwon, South Korea, and Michael (Margo Helen Branach) Morookian of Dallas, TX.

I graduated Cheshire High with Ken in 1980 and remember him well. He was quick with his wit and had many friends at school. I will miss our interactions on social media. RIP my friend.
So sorry for your great loss. I remember Ken from swimming for years at the Cheshire Comm Pool. He was always friendly, great swimmer and well known around the pool. May his memory be a blessing !
The mailbox fiasco was interesting. His wit and compassion will be greatly missed! May God embrace you and your family. ❤️
I am still so saddened. I graduated with Ken from CHS and we reconnected the last few years. Blessings to you all.
He will be sorely missed, and always remembered.
Thanks for being there Ken!
