Wayne S. Bradbury, II, age 38, passed away on May 30, 2023. Born in New Haven on January 31, 1985, he was the son of Patrice “Patty” (Latella) Forte of Hamden and Wayne S. Bradbury of North Carolina. He is also survived by his stepfather George Forte of Hamden; brother Paul M. Forte of Hamden; and sister Dana Acabbo of Westbrook. Wayne additionally leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins, two nieces, two nephews, a host of friends, and his pitbull Brick. A Hamden resident most of his life, Wayne was an avid Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankee fan.
Friends may visit with Wayne’s family at Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Avenue, Hamden on Wednesday, June 7th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. During this time his Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home, at 4:30 p.m.

I know Justin met you at Heavens Gates and greeted you with open arms.. we will forever miss you here with us.. but I know how much you wanted to be with Justin and nothing we could do would keep you here. I’ll forever have our memories of the three of us living in Hartford together, going to the Big E, Baseballs games, Go-carts and everything else we did over the years.. but most of all I wish when you told me last week you were coming here to FL to see me that you actually came. I’ll miss you Weezy.. give Justin a Hug for me. Love ya ♥️

  9. Wayne, I loved you as a kid and it just brakes my heart to know that you were feeling so much pain. I remember you use to come to my house when you were about ten and ask if Anthony could come out and play at night. I use to tell you, go home Wayne it’s late. You would look at me and say, ok. You were so dame cute. I will think about you always. R.I.P. big guy. See you on the other side.
