I worked with Joan briefly at Union Trust Bank in the late 1970’s and never forgot what a kind, lovely woman she was. My condolences for your loss.
I knew your Mom at the beginning of her working at SNET. She was a special woman. She worked in the Benefit Office and sometimes she joined our group (Ethel, Rhoda and I) for lunch, most of the time she would do a walk. She was always positive, happy and gentle. Your Mom talked about her beautiful family and I got to know Jill, spiritually. I had recollections about your Mom over these past years and when I thought of her I felt a feeling of happiness and joy. She indeed was a special friend. I have a few memories of her but you guys have so many more. She will always be there if you need her, just speak to her. You will experience the wonders of spiritual communication.
I am sorry for your loss and mine. Is she really gone, I think not, memories are always with us. 💚
