Germania Santiago

Germania Santiago, 67, of Meriden, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, at the Hospital of Central CT, New Britain. She was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic on February 20, 1958, beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Paula Fernandez Munoz. Germania is survived by her children, Yesenia and Manuel Santiago; grandchildren, Amanda (Jose), Kathiah, Violet, Areanna, Xzadia, Jayden, Malena, Miannie, Annalyse, Angel and Gialannie; and great-grandchildren, Kathaniel, Grayson, Valencio and Kais. She also leaves her sisters, Luz and Isabel Munoz, with their children, Yahaira, Fernanda, Lisa and Ramon, Esther, Ancris and David.

Germania found comfort and strength in her faith, especially during life’s hardest seasons. She leaves behind a legacy of love, prayer, and resilience that will continue through the generations she cherished so deeply!
