Nancy was a dear friend I met in the 1970’s when we both worked at the United Way. I worked with her for about a year while my husband was attending Quinnipiac. She and her Mother became fast friends with us and we shared many meals together at their home and ours. I have a picture of Mom Smith holding my first born daughter. We didn’t live close together, so didn’t have a chance to see each other often in the latter years, but we always kept in touch. Her family was very dear to her.
So very sorry for your loss.
