Grace B. Walsh

Grace Bernadette Walsh, 82, of Hamden, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026 at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was born on September 12, 1943 in New Haven to the late Herman and Anna (Pantaleo) Levinson, and graduated from St. John the Baptist School and Hillhouse High School.

Grace spent most of her life living in Hamden. She worked as an office manager for Carbonella Desarbo Co. until her retirement. Grace and her husband, John, loved to travel to Florida, making the best of the round trip drive up and down the coast. She was very active in volunteering for St. Paul VI Parish in Hamden, mostly spending time helping in their food pantry. She also served as the President of her condo association.

Grace will be lovingly remembered by her husband, John H. Erickson of Hamden, and her beloved lifelong friends, Kim Hayes-Chong, Danielle Toce, and James Weiner. She was predeceased by her parents, Herman and Anna, her brother, David Levinson, and her cousin, Douglas Montano.

Friends and family are invited to attend Grace’s Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 10th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church-St. Paul VI Parish, 2819 Whitney Avenue, Hamden.
