Vernon, CT- Adeline B. Spencer, formerly of Charleston, RI, wife of the late Norman Spencer passed away on Monday, March 24 at Fox Hill Center Convalescent Home. She was born Sept. 12, 1913 in Meriden, CT a daughter of the late David and Sadie (Guest) Bartlett. She is survived by a daughter, Gail and her husband Joseph Racine of Southington, CT, a son, Norman Spencer of Vernon, CT and two grandchildren Jeremy Racine of California and Matthew Racine of Southington, CT. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Funeral service Friday, March 28 at 12:00 noon at the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Meriden. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
