In Branford, Nov. 3, 2004, Alexander Kuzmin, 78, of West Haven. Husband of Virginia North Kuzmin, a resident of the Goddard House in Brookline, MA, he is also survived by a son, Keith Kuzmin of West Roxbury, MA, daughter, Kathy Kuzmin of LaFayette, CA, sister, Olga Piper of IL, Sonya of West Palm Beach, FL, Vera Markitan of Bridgeport and brother, Frederick Sakovich of Hamden. Mr. Kuzmin was born July 23, 1926, son of the late Ignatz and Irene Gluchanok Kuzmin. He was a route salesman for Ward Baking Company for 28 years. He was Navy veteran of WW II and was a lifetime member of the Polish American Political Club. Funeral service Mon., Nov. 8, 2004 at 11a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven, CT. Friends may call prior to the service from 9-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hoot Clinic at St. Raphael Hospital, 1450 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06511.
