Boynton Beach, FL.- Ann T. Biafore, 88, wife of the late Frank Biafore, Sr. of Boynton Beach, FL passed away Saturday April 5, 2008 in the Bethesda Hospice, West Palm Beach, FL. after a brief illness. Mrs. Biafore was born in Wallingford June 4, 1919 a daughter of the late Andrew and Bessie Kuhn Toth and lived in the Meriden/Wallinfgord area until moving to Florida in 1988. She was a former member of the Center Congregational Church and the Daughters of the Nile. She is surived by her son, Frank 'Butch' Biafore, Jr. and his wife Brenda of Meriden, her grandchildren, Frank Biafore III of El Cerito, CA., Beth Flanagan and her husband Glenn of Meriden, Robert Biafore and his wife Jenifer of Cheshire, beloved great grand children Nicholas, Christine, Jacob, Justin. Ann is also survived by two sister in laws, Mary Biafore Brown of Naples, FL., and Mary Toth of Meriden, CT., several nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Karen Schmitt and her husband Butch of FL. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a sister, Mary Mezzei, a brother Andrew Toth, and a grandson Matthew Flanagan. Ann's family would like to thank the Bethesda Hospital & Hospice, the Atlanta Care Nursing, and Dr. Stuart J. Bernstein for their compassionate care during Ann's illness. Funeral service will be held on Friday April 11, at 10 a.m. in the Center Congregational Church, 474 Broad St., Meriden, CT. Interment will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements in care of the BEECHER & BENNETT -FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. CT. Ann and I spoke occasionally by phone over the years and we kept up on family matters. She spoke often of her health issues. I will personally miss our conversations.
