ANNE V. COUTTS Hamden- Anne V. Coutts, 75, wife of 54 years to George F. Coutts, Jr. of Cumpstone Dr., passed away June 14, 2005 in the Elim Park Baptist Home after a brief illness. She was born in East Haven, Sept. 29, 1929 a daughter of the late Joseph and Carmela Anastasio Vanacore and resided in Hamden since 1953. Mrs. Coutts was employed in the Hamden Public Schools as a lunch aide for 20 years until 1991, and attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons: George F. Coutts, III and his wife, Barbara of Hamden, Michael A. Coutts of Indianapolis, IN, a sister, Eleanor Albini of Branford, two brothers, Victor and Thomas Vanacore both of East Haven, two grandchildren, Michelle and Jeffrey Coutts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three sisters, Rose Cairo, Mary Crispi, Florence Costanzo, and three brothers, August, Frank and Peter Vanacore. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Monday, June 20, at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10 a.m. Friends may call Sunday from 4-8 p.m. Burial in Hamden Plains Cemetery.
