ARMAND E. MANITA In West Haven Aug. 5, 2006, Armand E. Manta, 91. Husband of the late Jane Ann Desiverio Manita. Father of Robert Manita of Bridgeport and David Manita of Berlin, CT. Armand was born in New Haven on Aug. 4, 1915, a son of the late Manuele and Adelena Costo Manita. He served in the US Army during WW II. For over 20 years he was Superintendent at the apartment building at 1199 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Funeral Service is private. BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden in care of arrangements.
