  1. Art will be missed by all in many ways. As a father, as a friend, as a compassionate person and as a true gentleman. He leaves a strong legacy in his daughters and their families. In life getting old is not the hardest thing to cope with; seeing your older friends and relatives pass on is tougher.

  2. I met Art when I was in high school, back in the 60s. I was struck even then by his calm demeanor in the midst of all that estrogen. He had a wonderful smile, a quick wit and a great handshake. I haven’t seen him in so many years; that I regret. I am quite sure he took enormous pride in raising his daughters and seeing them embrace his love within themselves. I will treasure his memory.
