In New Haven, April 11, 2001, Barbara Ann Stampler Paolini, 36, wife of Robert Paolini of 62 Nicole Dr., Milford. Mother of Lenni Stampler Paolini and Ali Elizabeth Paolini of Milford, daughter of Joan Crissey Stampler of West Haven and the late Leonard Stampler, sister of Cynthia Stampler of West Haven and Harry Stampler of Hollywood, FL. Also survived by a niece, Brianna Stampler and four nephews, Tyler Stampler, Jordan Stampler, Christian Stampler and Stephen Paolini. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave., at Court St., West Haven, Tuesday, April 17 at 10:30 a.m. to St. Agnes Church, 400 Merwin Ave., Milford for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friends may call Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Lenni & Ali Paolini Trust Fund, c/o The Milford Bank, 33 Broad St., Milford 06460.
Barbara Ann was a beautiful person. Though I only knew her the first 7 years of my life, I have fond memories of being with her. I was always with my .Wa Wa.. That’s what she called me, too. I wonder a lot what it would be like now, eight years later, if she were still here. She is and always will be missed. I had a visit from her in my dreams a few nights ago, so I thought I’d share my memory.
