MERIDEN - Bernice G. Kapustinski, 85, of 86 Kensington Heights, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005 at the Masonic Geriatric Healthcare Center. She was the wife of the late Stanley Kapustinski, Sr. Born in Meriden on Feb. 26, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Edward A. and Anna Klenske McMahon. She had been employed at the Napier Company and was a member of St. Mary Church and the Meriden Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by a daughter, Joan Spencer of Plainville; five sons and their wives, Stanley and Sharon Kapustinski, Jr. of Meriden; John and Cynthia Kapustinski of Milldale; Paul A. and Patricia Kapustinski of East Hampton, Joseph J. and Kimberly Kapustinski of Meriden and Robert and Cynthia Kapustinski of Meriden; thirteen grandchildren, Sarah Darmofalski, Jacob S., John, Bryan, Lisa, Laura, Joanna, David, Krystal, Jeffrey, James, Daniel and Michael Kapustinski; and a great-grandson, Caleb Darmofalski. She was predeceased by two brothers, William and Edward McMahon. The funeral will be held Saturday at 8:15 a.m. from the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, and at 9:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to the Meriden Senior Citizens Center, 22 West Main St., Meriden, CT 06451.
