Mother of Eileen Kinney Frost of North Haven and Ronald Kinney of Miami FL, also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 sisters, Flossi Davies, Minnie Jacques, Gertrude Larson and 4 brothers, Harold, Art, Edward and George Tuttle. Memorial service will be held Sat., Dec. 1 at the Masonic Home Chapel, Wallingford at 1:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Geriatric Health Care, P.O.
