Bruno Romeo Orazzini
Bruno Romeo Orazzini, 90, husband of the late Mary Banti Orazzini, passed away on July 22, 2011. He was born in Buti, Pisa, Italy on February 7, 1921 to the late Giuseppe and Natalina Orazzini. Bruno is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Lucy and Pasquale Minichino of North Haven, Laila and Joseph Fontela of Hamden; four grandchildren: Marc Minichino, and Simone Minichino- Garofalo, Jessica and Jonah Fontela; three great grandchildren: Giada, Miles, and Phoebe. He was predeceased by three sisters. Bruno lived in Italy with his family until 1946 and then came to CT. He worked as a mechanic before opening Bruno's Garage in New Haven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Ascension, 1050 Dunbar Hill Rd., Hamden on Friday, July 29th at 10 a.m. followed by entombment in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
