Carole Sigler

Carole Sigler, 71, of Meriden, wife of the late Steven Sigler, passed away on April 12, 2015. She was born in Hartford, CT on April 16, 1943 to the late Claude and Vivian (West) Davis. She is survived by a son, Jonathan (Rita) Sigler of South Windsor; a daughter, Sarah Sigler (Christopher Foley) of Bristol; three grandsons, Timothy & Jason Sigler and Anthony Foley. She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur 'Butch' Davis. Carole was a graduate of Colby Sawyer College and the University of Hartford, where she got her Masters degree. She was a systems analyst for The Phoenix and other insurance companies. She had fond memories of time spent on Bear Island on Lake Winnipesaukee with her family. She was a classical music aficionado, had a great love for animals, and enjoyed time spent on Cape Cod and in Maine. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Friday, April 17th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT- FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave, Meriden followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Hartford.
