  2. A quote from Elizabeth Jane Howard (English novelist) might say it best: Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one. George, I saw the quote above on your bulletin board in your office. The Surface family ‘is one’ and Carolina is the soul, you are the heart and the girls are the spirit. God bless you all my friends.

  4. Dear George– I am so sorry for your loss of Carolina. She was a wonderful lady! Tremendous positive energy! Please try to think of her as still being with you, but just changing form. I liken it to ice cubes changing into vapor. Now she is vapor. Years ago, when you bought your Riverdale Landing home, I will never forget the moment I shook Carolina’s hand. What a wonderful energy she had. It was an electric feeling– plus something much greater. I know she will continue to watch over you, help you and your family. In my heart, I know she will send you a sign to let you know everything is okay. Please keep your eyes open. God bless and I wish only the best for you. Victoria
