  6. My deepest & heart felt condolences to Cesar A. Soto’s dearest family as well as extend family & close friends. I remember Cesar since the 70′. My mom may she Rest In Peace as well work together with Cesar at Eye Lit Specialty Manufacturing in Wallingford. Back then he had a little more hair too. Lol! He was always nice & ready to help someone out that was in need of help. Always giving advice & reprimanding one of the kids on the block. ( Maple Ave. ) If he knew your parents, boy you was going to get an ear full. The passion he had in working on cars was like gold to him as he stood back looking & admiring his work. I could go on, but then I’ll be writing a novel. He’s going to be miss, but not forgotten that’s for sure. Cesar may your arrival to heaven be as amazing & as spectacular as you lived he here in earth!! May Jesus be with everyone who loves him understanding, comfort, support, & love that you will all need at this time & always.

Sincerely, Cindy Batista ( Gonzalez )

  10. Lamento mucho tu perdida.

  11. Erika, I was in CT a couple of months ago. Happened to pick up an old newspaper. The face is familar of Cesar. Did he work at Star Barber Shop in Newark, N.J. I worked across the street in the office bldg. I would go and get a hair cut from him. Hope that he didn’t suffer. He was a very caring and kind person. So sorry for your loss.
