Damon Paul Hummel
Damon Paul Hummel, of Clinton, passed away peacefully June 21, 2015 in Stamford Hospital. He was born in New Haven, October 19, 1938 a son of the late Paul E. Hummel and Imgard Bathen Hummel and had resided in Clinton since 2008. He was employed at ADT Alarm systems for more than 25 years before retirement and had served in the Army Reserve. He is survived by two brothers, Dennis Edward (Patty) Hummel of Bloomville, NY, Bernie Paul (Effie) Hummel of North Haven, and a sister Helen Hummel Anderson of Hamden. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 3 nephews, 5 grand nieces 3 grand nephews, and his long time loving companion Francine B. of Stamford and her family. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held Friday July 10. 2015 at 1 p.m. in Beaverdale Memorial Park, Sec. E, Hamden. Arrangements in care of BEECHER & BENNETT 2300 Whitney Ave. Hamden.
Sorry for your family’s loss. Damon and I were High School friends and even though we did not stay in close touch we did reconnect a few years ago. Our class is diminished further with the loss of you. Peace
