David J. Borsari, 61, of Hamden, formerly of Middletown, passed away on August 26, 2024 at Hartford Hospital. David was born in New Haven on September 12, 1962 to his mother, Floriana (Brandi) Eckert and his father, the late David P. Borsari. David was predeceased by his stepfather Robert Eckert. He leaves behind his sisters, Renee (Borsari) Murray and her husband Gerard of Canberra, Australia, Michele (Borsari) Smith of Milford; his half-sisters, Melissa Falcone of Northford, Melanie Borsari of Branford, Melinda Borsari of Wallingford and the late Miranda Borsari; his sons, Ronnie Celella and his wife Helene and their son William of New Hampshire and Joseph Smith and his wife Sarah and their children Anthony, Kyle, Isabella and Ethan of Pennsylvania; and his niece, Rosina Smith.

David was a skilled craftsman with a remarkable knack for many trades. He had a passion for motorcycles, a love for animals, and an appreciation for the outdoors. His vibrant personality and infectious laughter could brighten any room and bring joy to those around him.

I am so sorry for the suffering you are all going through, many of us have had an experience as devastating as this, and know, time is the only thing that begins to heal this sadness. along with the love and memories from people who cared for Dave I can still see his smile with braves( right? In Jr Hight? ) The memories will keep you smiling . Rest in Peace Dave, you have many friends who have stories and memories with you, that will keep you with us always.💜
