Dorothy Strom Tuttle

Dorothy Strom Tuttle , 82, of Carmel Rd., Bethany, died peacefully Friday, Dec. 1, 2000 at her home. She was born December 10, 1917 in Bethany, daughter of the late Victor and Isabelle Downs Strom. She was a lifetime resident of Bethany where she was a member of Christ Episcopal Church. Mrs Strom had been a member of the choir and the E.C.W. and was a member of the Bethany Historical Society. She was a secretary for many years at Page, Steele and Flag and retired from the Olin Corp. in 1982, where she was employed as a secretary. She is survived by her sister, Vivian Cable of Bethany and her husband Raymond W. Cable and nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Catherine Gehringer. A Memorial Serevice will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, Amity Rd., Bethany on Monday, Dec. 18, 2000 at 10:00am.
