Friend, lunch buddy, and co-worker at Fairfield Hills Hospital for many years. He was always supportive and loyal with his comments. He will be missed.
What can I say about Chief, he was my boss at Fairfield Hills Hospital, what a wonderful man and friend. Even after he retired we ( our Fairfield Hills Dental Office ) would get together, we were like family. He really looked forward to our get together’s. He had so much enthusiasm, and was very interested in what each of us and what we were doing. He always asked and cared about my family. He enjoyed stories about my husband Dean. Chief even wrote a short story about him. I will miss him very much. A truly wonderful man.
He was a wonderful person and a great boss. He will be missed at our future get togethers.

We were saddened to hear of my Brother Charles passing. Our entire family was privileged to see both Charles and Annis at our 50th Wedding Anniversary party last May. We had a wonderful time, and took some great pictures we are sharing with Annis and family. Charles left a beautiful, memorable legacy. We will miss him. Our love to Annis and her beautfiul children and grandchildren.
I was Dr. Fusaris’ resident in 1972-73 at Fairfield Hills. He was a great chief of the Dental Service and a fabulous mentor who was instrumental in developing my dental career. After all these years, I still aspire to be his peer. Though I had not seen him in many years, we always exchanged cards and notes at Christmas and New Years. The news of his passing came as a shock and leaves me with an empty feeling. He was a great man.
