Memories Timeline

  1. Doug and Linda, Our heartfelt sympathy is with you and your family. In my early childhood, I remember your dad as a .cuddly teddybear. up at Lake Waramaug. I’m glad that our families have reconnected in our adult lives. May good memories of your Dad fill your hearts.

  2. I always had great respect and fondness for Mr. and Mrs. Magrath, as I knew them well growing up in the Magrath neighborhood in Meriden, including playing with their children, Rich, Brud (George Jr.), and Doug. One particular moment that I’ll always remember was Mr. Magrath, as Supt. of Schools, presenting me with my high school diploma and a faculty graduation award (1963). With deep condolences to Rich and Doug, and their families.
