Elizabeth (Betty) Dubb

MERIDEN - Elizabeth (Betty) Dubb passed away peacefully Saturday, August 25, 2001 at her home, after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Michael Dubb. Originally from Raven Run, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Susan Ondeck Demshock. She was raised in Girardville, PA and attended Girardville public schools and had resided in Meriden since 1948. She is survived by her son, John M. Dubb of Jacksonville, Vermont; one sister, Helen Rockwell of Girardville, PA and one brother, Edmund J. Demshock of Horsham, PA. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Scott, Lisa and Ryan, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Betty was predeceased by two brothers, George and Joseph Demshock and by two sisters, Margaret Schlemmer and Lillian Bereskie. Burial will take place in Christ Church Cemetery in Fountain Springs, PA. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, CT.
