Everett T. Beauregard

Everett T. Beauregard, 78, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.He was born Dec. 22, 1935 in New York, N.Y., a son of the late Edith (Hart) Beauregard. Everett proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was the head of maintenance at Wilcox Technical High School for more than 20 years before retiring. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed attending all sporting events and watching his beloved Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, UCONN men's and women's sports, and auto racing on the weekends. He is survived by a brother, Robert (Sandra) , of Maine; a sister, Marilyn Noyes, of Meriden; three nieces that he considered daughters, Donna (Scott) Adams, of Virginia; Brenda (Randy) Sylvester, of Wallingford; and Carolyn Auala of Meriden; many cousins, great-nieces and -nephews; and his great-great nephew and close buddy, Marques. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staffs at MidState Medical Center, Connecticut Hospice, and Franciscan Homecare for all of their help and excellent care. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew's Church, 20 Catlin St., Meriden. Burial with military honors will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
