Lucy Villanueva Rest in Peace 🙏
Frank was a dear family member, paternal grandfather to my grandchildren Noah and Claire Vega. His kindness, helpfulness and humor endeared him to me from the day we met, almost 25 years ago. There aren’t many people as special or as beloved by everyone as Frank Vega was! He enriched our lives and his memory will do so forever.
Frank was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather ,and a friend that I had the privilege of knowing for 40 yrs.He was type of person who was always there to give a helping hand.May you be at peace with the lord..
