Frank J. Biggs, age 84, of Wallingford passed away July 27, 2023. Born in East Lyme on February 18, 1939, he was the son of the late Leon O. Hamel & Mary Margaret (Diamond) Hamel. Frank is survived by his wife, Marion (Landa) Biggs; his sons, Michael Biggs, Stephen (Jodie) Biggs, and Kenneth (Kathy Crowley) Biggs; his sister, Helen Carol Carrano; and several grandchildren and great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by two grandchildren. A longtime resident of Wallingford, he formerly lived in Hamden and Durham. Frank was a heavy equipment operator, retiring from Operating Engineers Local 478; he also was a construction welder for Stone Safety Corp. and worked part time for Fazzino Auto Parts Store.
Friends may attend a Graveside Service for Frank on Friday, Sept. 8th at 1:00 p.m. at Beaverdale Memorial Park, Section K , 90 Pine Rock Ave., New Haven, CT 06515.

My deepest heartfelt sympathy in your precious loss, Frank Biggs.
Frank, our former neighbor and cherished friend, will be so greatly missed by all who knew him.
I’ll always remember the special bond my parent’s had with him and you. The great pool parties, celebrations and of course the Galliano, my Dad always had in his hand for you and Frank.
May Frank rest in peace in the loving arms of our Dear Lord.
