Lourdes and family, I don’t even have the right words. Gary was such a good person and a wonderful friend to me. Even though it was so many years ago, I have still held him in my heart all these years. I fondly remember me and him in his Cutlass…It was snowing and he started doing donuts in the St. Therese parking lot…and I would start screaming so he would stop…then I would say…”Do it again!”. That is just one of the many fond memories I have. I hope that you can take comfort in the many memories you shared with him. He was just a really great guy and I am so sorry.
This song is ours, forever etched in my heart, rest in peace my friend
So, so you think you can tell
Heaven from hell?
Blue skies from pain?
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
Did they get you to trade
Your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange
A walk-on part in the war
For a leading role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here
We’re just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl
Year after year
Running over the same old ground
What have we found?
The same old fears
Wish you were here
I worked with Gary back in the early 80’s when it was SNET. We worked directory assistance together. My prayers are with his family and friends. He was a wonderful man and I’m sure a good father. He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Gary. ♥️
Lou and family,
Gary was a kind and gentle soul…I’m so sorry for your loss.
So sorry lu for your loss. I was Gary’s God father, Sorry we didn’t keep in touch. Prayers to you and family.
Lourdes & Family: I worked first many years ago, maybe 20? with Gary when he was a Translations tech, I think he may have been either in Norwalk or Bridgeport at the time & I was in Meriden on the phone. He was so helpful and patient & always very nice to me. In Meriden, when I retired in 2017, he was one of the people I saw as I left the parking lot for the last time. I am in shock as he is too young, gone too soon. I can’t even think of what to say except I am so very very sorry for your loss. I do know there is another Angel in Heaven watching over all of you.
Here’s to all the fun times we had growing up on Carlisle Street, in the North Haven Little League, at Paradise Country Club and elsewhere. RIP, cousin.
I am so very sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. My deepest sympathy to all of you at this very difficult time. I have many fond memories of Gary while at SNET/AT&T. What a gentle soul.
May Gary Rest In Peace,
Again my sincere sympathy,

I grew up with Gary on Juniper Drive in North Haven, Conn. We had a great time growing up together. Yard baseball and football. Great times on the CB talking to the kids we were with in school all day. I brought him with me snow plowing a couple years. Even got him to join the Montowese Volunteer Fire Dept, Engine 2 (in those days). We lost contact after I graduated in 1978. He was a good kid/guy you wanted to hang with. Sorry for the disconnect, Rest In Peace.
I remember Gary from school and SNET/AT&T. He was such a good guy. Taken much too soon. I am very sorry for your loss

Gary, when you married my sister I truly gained a brother. You were one of the nicest and kindest guys I ever met. You committed your life to your wife and your kids and it was a beautiful thing to see. My mom was fond of saying how much you loved your wife and kids and how much she cared about you. I am broken hearted by the loss of the brother that life gave me.
Lourdes and family – My sincerest sympathy and prayers. Gary was such a kind and gentle soul.

Rest in peace, my friend. You have left us way too soon. I will cherish the memories I have of you hanging out at Roller Haven, drinking Molson Ale, taking rides in the 442, going to your house & partying at Poor Richard’s Pub. I am going to miss you. See you on the other side.
Gary,
You were a natural! Always genuine, welcoming and thick-or-thin, family and friends know you were on their side.
I could never pass up when you offered me some awesome single batch coffee which came in handy when fixing yer computer. I know this was more a personal sharing thing as the computer didn’t break all the time and when you guys hosted a party/gathering, the Maxwell House would be used for everyone else. Sorry yer secret is out.
Seeing how Pongo and Jordan would vie for your attention and as you know, Boxers are a good judge of people.
You will not be forgotten because you created Great Memories!
Godspeed Uncle Gary! Godspeed!
Have so many great memories of Gary at Roller Haven many years ago. Enjoyed all the good times! Will always remember that great smile as he skated around the rink! My condolences to the family.
All our love, Shari and Lindsey,(and family). 💕
