George R. Berry, III
George Robert Berry, III, age 76, passed away on July 29, 2016 in Milford. Formerly of New Haven and Florida, He was a US Navy Veteran. George was a former commercial truck driver and former US Postal employee in Florida. He was born in New Haven on March 9, 1940, the son of the late Robert W. Berry and Mary E. (Childs) Berry Czaja. He is survived by his sister Roberta Beauvais of Guilford and his nieces & nephews. Friends may attend his Graveside Service on Wednesday, August 3rd at 1:00 PM in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Section K, West Haven. Arrangements are in care of BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden.
Saddened by the news of his passing. He was the best man in my wedding in 1963 while I was in the Army. Lost touch while he was treasure hunting in Florida. Rest in Peace
