Celebrating the Life of Hildegarde Hinterberger, 9/22/1911 - 9/14/2013 The outpouring of love and caring received from everyone in the form of beautifully chosen cards and personal notes entered on them and on floral arrangements, the hugs and spoken words, in person and in phone calls, have filled my heart and soul with gratitude beyond description to each and every one who shared with me the same sentiments about Hildegarde Hinterberger, this very special person whom John and I are blessed to have as our mom, and you as her relative and friend. Thank you all for sharing these heartfelt feelings with me during this most difficult, but cherished time. I wish each of you peace and happiness knowing your communications of peace have been deposited permanently in the hearts of me and my family. God bless us all. Hildegarde Homazad September 2013

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Hildegarde was truly a wonderful lady. I have many fond memories of family gatherings, not the least of which were the picnics in the backyard at Highland Drive. Her hands were warm, her heart was big, her smile was infectious – and her cookies were great! Condolences to the rest of the family, but let’s celebrate a long life lived with love and caring. Hilde, say high to Mom and Gerry for me.

  2. Our condolences on learning of the passing of your Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand Mother. She was a special woman for so many. We have you in our thoughts and prayers. The legacy of her compassion toward others lives on, especially within the Emanuel family where she will be remembered with love. God Bless you all. Rick & John

  3. Our warmest thoughts go out to you and John and the rest of the family. How fortunate and blessed all her family and friends are to have had her in their lives. Her grace and smile and distinctive voice resonate in my memory- one which we cherish especially, for the bond that brought such joy to my own mother.

  4. She was a lovely lady. I remember going trick or treating at her house when my brother and I were kids. We still live in the neighborhood she lived in. I just wanted to express to her family how sorry I am for their loss. And I am thinking of them during their time of sorrow.
